We make it easy for you to get involved with GFB by providing several avenues in which you can help.

Prayer

James 5:16 tells us, “the prayer of a righteous person has great power.”  We believe this to the fullest extent. 1st John 5:14-15 says, “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.” We know that prayer has the power to shake both Heaven and Earth, and our Father hears is children. So, we ask for your prayers.

Financial Partnership

People often trivialize financial support. The fact is without your support we would not be able to carry out this ministry; you are integral to the work in the Kingdom. There are a few ways to partner financially.

The first is through supporting a missionary. We have both American and Brazilian missionaries. Our American staff are based here in the US but make periodic trips to Brazil, while our Brazilian staff are nationals who live in the communities in which we operate. Click on our “Donate” page to learn more about the individual missionaries. It costs only $30 a month to support one of our missionaries.

The second is our child sponsorship program, Seed of Hope. SOH provides children in the desert of NE Brazil with medical and dental care, nutritious meals, school supplies, education, and Biblical teaching. In a world where these families are forced to survive on less than $1 a day, you can make a significant difference. When you sponsor a child you will be able to correspond via mail, pictures, and even video. You can create a bond with a child overseas and watch your contribution aid in bringing them out of poverty.

Mission Trips

Each summer GFB takes a group  on a short-term This is where you have the chance to experience, first-hand, ministry like you never have before. Nightly evangelistic services, humanitarian aid projects, and vacation Bible schools for children are all examples of what you can expect while on a trip. We have seen healing and signs and wonders; the powerful and loving hand of God in full effect.

Volunteer

You can volunteer in our office. From administrative assistance and answering phones, to entering data and making contact with our Brazilian staff, there are always areas in which to aid our office work.
